The Centre for Genomic Pathogen Surveillance, part of the Wellcome Sanger Institute at the Wellcome Genome Campus, works across the globe to tackle the rising challenge of antimicrobial resistance by tracking how infections spread and if they are connected. It has partners around the world working locally to monitor outbreaks, including Alabang in the Philippines.
